BULLETIN #4

Dear AASCA Directors and Principals:

We are at less than a week from your arrival in San Salvador.  We again remind everyone to be in country no later than 4:00pm.  Our first activity, the “Ice Breaker” begins at 6:00pm.  We will have transportation from the three hotels to the American School of El Salvador.

The organizing Committee has made a venue change for Friday.  All matches will be held at the Panamerican School on Friday.  This change has no impact on the delegations; the transportation arrangements will be made.  These will assist all delegations that are only bringing one coach/administrator.  Again we remind all administrators that AASCA regulations recommend that at least two adults accompany your delegations.

We need all schools to verify that we have correctly identified your school and that the rosters so that you sent to us have all the names spelled accurately for the Certificates of Participation.

We need all delegations to provide the following information ASAP:

  •  Our choice for the Saturday afternoon tour is:   1)Archeological Site    2) Water Park-Atlantis               3)  Museums/Shopping Center (aprox. $15-20 per person w sack lunch).  4)  None-On our Own

  • We would like to pre-order the following number of tournament t-shirts: _____ sizes ___________

We have all the travel arrangements from all of the schools.  We will have edecanes to greet each delegation at the airport and at the bus station.  Four delegations from El Salvador will join us at the American School of El Salvador on Wednesday evening.
