Dear All,


Below please find the two groups in which the teams will compete at the XIII AASCA BKB tournament. The same teams will be used for both leagues, since during the last AASCA  the same two schools finished first and second place on both boys and girls. The girls three teams group is the one that has Balboa Academy on the boys league. The first and second place teams for the boys and girls from the XII Basketball tournament were seeded first and the rest of the teams were assigned by the luck of the draw:

 

Group A

Escuela Internacional Sampedrana (boys and girls)

American Nicaraguan School (boys and girls)

Colegio Interamericano de Guatemala (boys and girls)

Escuela Americana de El Salvador (boys and girls)

 

Group B

Escuela Americana de Tegucigalpa (boys and girls)

Colegio Americano de Guatemala (boys and girls)

Colegio Decroly Americano de Guatemala (boys and girls)

Balboa Academy de Panama (only boys)

 

The games will be played on three courts, soon I'll send the complete schedule. Please keep in mind that the opening ceremony will be the evening of Wednesday, October 26th. The official game ball will be the MOLTEN GF7 for the boys and the SPALDING TF1000 (28.5) for the girls.

 

The basketball parents are organizing the ice-breaker and the food for the visiting parents, they would like to have an estimate of how many parents from each school will be attending. Will you be so kind as to let me know? Thanks!
