Large Schools Volleyball - Invitation

Dear Principals and Athletic Directors:

Here at Colegio Decroly Americano, we are all excited organizing the upcoming “AASCA VOLLEYBALL TOURNAMENT 2012”; therefore, we cordially invite your school to participate in this event, which will be held in Guatemala from April 18thto the 22nd, 2012.

We would like to have all the schools participating, so please keep in mind that Friday January 20, 2012, is the due date to confirm your school’s participation.  

We’ll be sending all the housing and transportation information soon for you to arrange your traveling expenses.

Once again, we extend this invitation, letting you know it will be a pleasure to have you all here at our school.  For further information, feel free to get in touch with us.  Following you’ll find the e-mail contact of the people who will be organizing this event.
