C. Director's Meeting

There will be two annual Directors' meetings as follows:

1. The October meeting will be held during the annual Tri-Conference. The purpose of this meeting is to review the financial status of the Association, discuss and take action on areas of trouble and to hear reports from the Office of Overseas Schools and others as appropriate.

2. The May meeting will be held at a site, determined annually, which is near the host school. The main purposes of the May meeting are to review the recommendations from the Principals' meeting, set a schedule of events for the following year, determine the dues for the following year and elect officers. The Principal from the hosting school should present the principals'recommendations.

3. Other meetings can be called at any time with ten days notice as specified in the By-Laws.

4. AASCA partially reimburses participants for attendance at the May meeting. The amount is determined by the Association.
