REMIDERS:
A. Money Matters:
- Fee: $400.00 per team ($800.00 if both teams are participating)
- Tax: $20.00 (airport tax leaving Panama) (Check to see if included in ticket)
- Lunch at School: $3:00-$5:00 (Approximately)
B. General:
- We have chose the Veneto A Wyndham Gran Hotel! For this event.
- Please see the attachment with the complete information on Hotel.
- Please send me your flight information, arrival and departure as soon as
- Possible. We would like you to book an early flight since we are planning
- An ice-breaker activity for all teams on Wednesday, evening and the
- Technical meeting will be at 7:00 p.m. that night as well.
- Please send me the names of the participants (students, coaches, and administrators NLT September 5, 2008
- Each team will be required to bring to (2) sets of uniforms
- Please bring your schools flag.¨
- Games will be plated indoors and outdoors.
