The Association of American Schools
of Central America (AASCA)
The Association of American Schools in Central America (AASCA) was formed to support and encourage academic, artistic, athletic and cultural interaction between international schools that offer a US type education in this region.Through this organization and sponsorship of these types of activities, young people involved will be exposed to and benefit from this multicultural interaction. Through these events, AASCA desires to promote a better understanding of multiculturalism among all young people.
In addition, AASCA also strongly supports the continuing education of its member teachers and administrators through the sponsorship of workshops and conferences such as the annual Tri-Association where focus on innovative educational strategies is provided for attendees from around our region. By striving to improve the quality of our educational practices, AASCA guarantees that our member schools continue to lead in excellence and innovation among the schools of the region.
