As the time for the festival is quickly approaching, please complete the form and send it back to This e-mail address is being protected from spambots. You need JavaScript enabled to view it. indicating the names of the students participating. This form will also be a confirmation of your participation in this festival.
Keep in mind the following:
- Each school is responsible to make contact with Hotel Casa Conde to arrange their accommodations and the transportation to and from the airport.
- Remember that the cost to participate is $400 per school.
- Several schools have asked if they can bring more than 12 students. We made our budget based on the inscription fee and the projection of 12 students per school, but are very pleased to see the interest that this event is raising, and we are conscious of the importance to encourage this participation. Therefore, we had taken the decision to allow schools to bring more students, but we are forced to charge $33 for every student above the limit of 12.
- Please send the form no later than February 10, 2012.
